Refund policy

Unshipped orders or items may be canceled depending on the Order Status.

∙ Buyer can cancel Newly Placed orders before they are confirmed by the vendor.
∙ Once confirmed, buyer can contact vendor via chat to cancel. If payment was captured, vendor will refund the respective amount at cancelation without penalty. However, vendor may or may not be able to cancel for buyer depending on the shipment situation.
∙ Any shipped orders will be subject to an RMA. Please check the vendor’s Return Policy for Details.

* Vendor may cancel items or orders due to inventory issues.
